" This morning I was served by both Dave and Ben in your Morley business premises – these two chaps most certainly know very well how to welcome and service customers and I would suggest that they both receive an “Employee of the Month” award or a Christmas bonus as such.

Compared with overseas business, I find Australian businesses, generally, are very unprepared to service customers in a way they need and desire.

Your two staff members this morning were a delight to encounter.

Thanks for helping we customers to find shopping a pleasant task for a change! "

" I am a customer service consultant from the RAC call centre in Joondalup and one of our members called up and wanted to leave a review about one of your staff members who assisted her on a job on the 24th November 2014.

The staff members name was Kain and he assisted our member with a steering lock problem and replaced her ignition barrel.
The member wishes to thank him for his impeccable service which went above and beyond what he was there to do as he helped her remove a padlock from an old gate whilst he was there. She said that Kain was very courteous and well-mannered and was extremely helpful in the resolution of the problem.

Thankyou very much for your service to our members and please ensure that this gets passed onto Kain. "

" Zac was very professional and knowledgeable when trying to add a new smart key to my Nissan Skyline
(import).

Nissan were unable to add the new smart key they provided. Although the initial attempt was unsuccessful, Zac diagnosed the new smart key was faulty. He then provided a heap of feedback for me to advise Nissan when requesting a replacement smart key.

Nissan were very prompt in replacing the smart key, but refuted Zac's information on adding the new smart key. They flatly denied it was possible to add it that way and again said they could not add it.

I took the new smart key to Zac and in less than 15 minutes, bingo!, new smart key added (take that Nissan!) awesome work thanks Zac. "

" About a month ago, the door lock on the passenger side was damaged, presumably by a would-thief who probably used a screwdriver in a failed attempt to gain entry to the car. The lock was bashed into the doorhandle, leaving it unsightly though luckily the remote-control locking mechanism was still working.

One option was to have the damage repaired by a Hyundai dealer. I duly requested a rough estimate and was told the whole door handle might need replacing, which would cost around $960.

I then called RAC Insurance to inquire if there was a locksmith I could approach. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the gent I spoke to in the call centre but he was most helpful and gave me the details of A1 Locksmiths who, he said, was an authorised RAC repairer.

From the time I first called A1 Locksmiths, they could not have been more helpful. Their receptionist mentioned the team had repaired car locks in the past and suggested I bring it to their workshop for an estimate.
That’s what I did on November 19 and what a pleasure it was to deal with a company eager to help. After taking the car into the workshop, a technician told me they could fix the lock. The cost was $88 and it could be done immediately, if I was prepared to wait for about an hour.

What a contrast to the Hyundai dealer replacing the whole handle, which could have cost as much as $960 and would have meant leaving the car with them for most of the day.

I can not speak highly enough of A1 Locksmiths and will be writing to their management to convey my thanks and appreciation for their help and outstanding customer service. The RAC can feel proud of having A1 Locksmiths as one of its authorised repairers and I would be delighted if you could inform them of this ringing endorsement from a member of the RAC. "

" A quick note to say thanks to your team. Your bookings staff were efficient, and Casey arrived punctually. I really appreciated that he just got straight onto the job of fixing my locks without a lot of unnecessary chit chat. (I wish all tradesmen did that!)

After the frustration of dealing with jammed, malfunctioning locks requiring a pile of assorted keys for way too long, it feels GREAT to have all my window, door and security screen locks operating smoothly with just 3 keys. Again, thank you. "

" I am very pleased with the outcome of the repairs to the drivers door lock on my Toyota Corolla that was carried out. The cost was a lot less than expected and the service by Jack C was exceptional, he advised me on what had to be done as well as what he had already done to repair my car. Thanks to all the staff there they made a major problem for me into a minor one by their knowledge and advice.
It was a pleasure to find caring people in business. "

" THANK YOU KINDLY.

I now can fully appreciate why the RAC only rely on you people to carry out their claims.

Your prompt, friendly and kind professional service especially in a challenging time the whole world is experiencing is somewhat a breath of fresh air.

In today's competitive market, I can only say that your code of work ethic is of the highest standard. Customer satisfaction and focus on proper approach and application is amazing, with the emphasis on politeness on the phones.

Thanks again A1 Locksmiths I'll talk about you guys always. "

" We had Steven come out today on extremely short notice as we had a guy from Krazy keys break our steering lock yesterday while trying to fix it without being honest and then told us the new part would be $850 even though he broke the piece.
I was in a panic! As I rely heavily on my car for work.
Not only did Zac answer my call late at night but he managed to send Steven out this morning even tho they’re fully booked! Within half an hour our car has been fixed and put back together properly! Not only did he have a spare part but he was professional and understanding and didn’t charge us a ridiculous price for someone else’s mistake!
Can not recommend these guys enough 10/10 for customer service and the job! Thankyou so much guys!!! "
